What It’s Like to Work with Me from a personality perspective

I want to take a moment to tell you a little about my personality and what you can expect when we work together.
When I show up for a session, I show up as my full, authentic self. I’m easy-going, warm, and completely nonjudgmental. My clients often tell me they feel like they’re talking to a close friend—someone who truly listens, validates their experiences, and meets them exactly where they are. That connection, that trust, and that sense of safety we build together! It means everything to me.

I also believe that therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating. I want you to feel comfortable, cozy, and at ease when you walk into my space. My office is designed with that in mind—it’s filled with natural light, soft blankets, comfy pillows, and a calming, zen-like atmosphere. You’ll have your own couch to settle into, and I have mine. This is your space to breathe, to reflect, and to just be.

I truly look forward to connecting with you, hearing your story, and being a part of your journey.
You don’t have to do this alone—I’m here, right beside you, every step of the way.

I always tell my clients: Come as you are. Bring your coffee, wear your comfiest clothes, kick off your shoes, and curl up on the couch however you feel most at home. This is your time, your space, and your story, and I want you to feel completely safe and supported as you share it with me.
